We do not charge shipping, meaning the advertised price of a product is all you pay.
Your order will be despatched within 5 working days of receiving payment - the arrival of your order is then dependant on where you live and the service provided by Australia Post. We ship all orders via Registered Post, so someone will need to be at the destination to sign for the order when it arrives.
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. To receive the best possible shipping cost, email us with your order and we will organise an alternate method of payment.
Please choose carefully. We don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.
